Abstract


Abstrak,    Lupus   vulgaris  (LV)  adalah  salah  satu   bentuk    infeksi   tuberkulosis    kutis  yang  bersifat kronis   dan   progresif.   Kelainan   ini  jarang   dijumpai    dan   insidensinya    makin   menurun.   Lupus vulgaris     dapat   disebabkan   oleh   Mycobacterium tuberculosis dan Mycobacterium bovis, tetapi dapat  pula  disebabkan  oleh   rnikrobakteria    atipikal,    Lupus  vulgaris  (LV)   jika  tidak diobati,   dalarn waktu  Lama akan  bersifat  progresif  destruktif.   Lupus  vulgaris  (LY)    mempunyai   berbagai  bentuk klinis,   yaitu  bentuk   plana,  hipertrofik,    dan  ulseratif.    (JKS2006;1 :17-22)

Abstract.    Lupus  vulgaris   (LV)  is   a  kind  of  cutis  tuberculosis    infections    that  have   chronic   and progressive   characteristics.   This  kind  of abnormality    is rarely   found  and  the case  of this  disease continues    to   decrease.    Lupus    vulgaris    may   be   caused   by   Mycobacteriurn    tuberculosis    and Mycobacteriurn    bovis,  but  it  also   may  be caused   by  a  kind  of  typical    microbacteria.    If Lupus vulgaris   (LV) do not treated  properly,   in  a long  period  of time will   become  progressive   destructive. Lupus     vulgaris      (L V)    has    various    clinical      forms:     plana,     hypertrophic,     and    ulcerative. (JKS2006;1:17-22)
