Pengaruh pola hidup terhadap terjadinya stroke pada pasien yang dirawat inap di Rumah Saklt Umum Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2009

Abstract

Abstrak.   Penyakit    stroke  sampai    saat  ini  masih   merupakan    masalah  kesehatan  karena     selain  dapat menyebabkan kematian dalam waktu singkat juga dapat  menyebabkan kecacatan seumur hidup.   Stroke  dapat disebabkan oleh pola hidup masyarakat yang tidak sehat.  Di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUZA) Banda Aceh,  penyakit stroke menempati   urutan keenam  dari IO  besar penyakit  rawat inap terbanyak tahun 2007 yaitu  sebanyak 304  kasus.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganali.sis   pengaruh pola hidup   (pola makan, olahraga dan merokok) terhadap  terjadinya stroke pada pasien   yang dirawat  inap di RSUZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian  ini  merupakan penelitian analitik yang  menggunakan desain cross sectional   survey.  Populasi  adalah pasien stroke yang dirawat inap di RSUZA Banda Aceh pada bulan Juni dan Juli tahun 2009 yang berjumJah  57 orang dan sampel  adalah total populasi.   Analisis   yang digunakan adalah analisis   univariat,   analisis bivariat dengan uji  chi-square  dan  analisis   multivariat dengan uji statistik  regresi logistik   ganda.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola makan (p=0,010),  olahraga (p=0,035)   dan merokok (p=0,049) terhadap penyakit stroke.   Dari ketiga faktor tersebut yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap penyakit stroke pada pasien yang dirawat inap di RSUZA tahun 2009 adalah pola makan. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Banda Aceh agar dapat meningkatkan promosi  kesehatan kepada masyarakat Banda Aceh dalam memasyarakatkan pola hidup sehat.  (JKS 2009;2:57~64)

Abstract. Stroke until now still- become a health problem because instead cause of death in a short time, can cause a permanent  physical defect/handicap.   Stroke can cause a community's   unhealthy pattern/style of life.  In the Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Hospital,  stroke was the sixth  of the ten biggest most hospitalized diseases  in

2007,  comprising 304 cases.   The purpose of this analytical   study by cross-sectional survey is  to analyze the influence of the patterns of life (such as the patterns of eating, exercise,  and smoking)   on stroke patients  who were hospitalized   in the Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Hospital. The population   of this study were 57 stroke patients who were hospitalized in the Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Hospital from June to July 2009 and all of the patients were selected to be the samples in this study.  The data obtained were statistically analyzed through univariate analysis,   bivariate analysis   with Chi-square test, and multivariate analysis   with multiple logistic  · regression test.  The result of this study showed that there was a  significant  influence 'between  the patterns of eating (p=0,010), exercise (p=0,035) and smoking (p=-0,049)   and the stroke disease. of the three factors having influence on the stroke suffered by the patients who were hospitalized   in the Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh in 2009 was the pattern of eating.  It is suggested that Banda Aceh District Health Office to increase health promotion to the people of Banda Aceh in an attemp to socialize  the pattern of healthy life.
