Pengetahuan, Dana Insentif, Sarana Dan Prasarana Dengan Partisipasi Kader Dalam Pelaksanaan Posyandu

Abstrak

 Kader adalah seorang tenaga sukarela yang dipilih dari, oleh, dan untuk masyarakat yang bertugas membantu kelancaran pelayanan kesehatan. Posyandu sangat bergantung oleh peran kader. Namun keberadaan kader relatif lebih labil karena partisipasinya bersifat sukarela padahal untuk tercapainya kegiatan posyandu yang berkualitas diperlukan partisipasi kader. Metodelogi Penelitian ini adalah Survey  Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini keseluruhan kader posyandu diwilayah Puskesmas Kutablang Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu berjumlah 70 kader posyandu. Hasil Penelitian Univariat; Pengetahuan tinggi (58,6%), Dana insentif (55,7%), Ketersediaan sarana dan Prasarana tidak lengkap (71,4%), Partisipasi kader tinggi (55,7%). Bivariat; tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p_ value = 0,512) dengan partisipasi kader, ada hubungan dana insentif (p_value = 0,001) dengan partisipasi kader, tidak ada hubungan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana (p_value = 0,470) dengan partisipasi kader. Multivariat; Dana insentif adalah variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan partisipasi kader.

Abstract

Cadres were volunteers chosen from, by and for the people in charge of helping the smoothness of health service. Posyandu is an integrated health service post which depended by role of cadre. But the existence of cadre relative labile because the voluntarily participation, though to to achieve a quality service of posyandu required the participation of cadres. Research Methodology;The research aim to know correlation of knowledge, incentive, facilities and infrastucture with the participation of cadre. This research is analytical survey using cross sectional approach. Population in this research is all cadres in the region of Kutablang primary health care. Sample in this research is 70 caders of Posyandu. Result: Univariate; high knowledge (58,6%), incentive (55,7%), the availability of facilities and infrastructure is in complete (71,4%), Bivariate; there is no relation between knowledge (p-value=0,512 and the participation of cadres, there is a relation between incentive (p-value=0,001) and the participation of cadres, there is no relation between the availability of facilities and infrastructure (p-value=0,470) and the participation of caders. Multivariate: incentive fund is the most variable that has a relation with the participation of caders.
