PERFORMANCE ACCOMPLISHMENT’S DALAM MOTIVASI KADER POSYANDU

Performance Accomplishment merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengelola individu untuk mampu mengatasi masalahnya sendiri melalui peningkatan keyakinan diri yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjalankan tugas dengan baik. Penelitian quasi-experimental design ini menggunakan pendekatan pre and post test dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Sampel terdiri dari 140 responden yang dipilih secara total sampling (70 responden kelompok intervensi dan 70 responden kelompok kontrol). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden adalah berusia 36-45 tahun (68.6% kelompok intervensi dan 51.4% kelompok kontrol), tingkat pendidikan SMA (62.9% kelompok intervensi dan 67.1% kelompok kontrol)dan lama pekerjaan<5 tahun (44.3% kelompok intervensi dan 58.6% kelompok kontrol). Analisis hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan Performance Accomplishment berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kader (p=0.000), pada kader posyandu di Puskesmas Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Performance Accomplishment dapat bermanfaat bagi kader posyandu untuk meningkatkan motivasi dalam mejalankan kegiatan posyandu disetiap desa.

Abstract

Performance Accomplishment is method used to help people in managing their own problems with high self-cofidance so that they can run activities well. This research employed quasi-experimental design and used pre-test and post-test approach consisting of two groups, contol group and intervention group. The number of sample was 140 respondents selecting through total sampling technique consisting of 70 respondents from intervention group and 70 respondents from control group. The result showed that the number of respondents aging between 36-45 years old was 68.6% from intervention group and 51.4% from control group. The number of respondents with secondary education level was 62,9% from working period and 67,1% from control group. The number of respondents with working period no longer than 5 years was 44,3% from intervention group and 58,6 from controll group. Result analysis showed that Performance Accomplishment affected volunteer’s motivation (p=0.000at Integrated Health Service of Darussalam sub district of Aceh Besar Regency. Based on the result it is concluded that Self efficacy can be used to improve volunteer’s motivation in running their Integreted Health Service activities.
