Customer Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Trust toward Islamic Bank: A Conceptual Framework

Abstract


The purpose on the study is  examined the effect of customer perceived value and satisfaction toward Islamic Bank in Aceh. The research population consisting of the  Islamic Bank customer in Aceh, the sampling method is purposive sampling.  Data were collected from Islamic Bank  customer in Aceh (n = 200).  The data will analyzed using two analysis tools: Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM AMOS).  SPSS is used to analyze respondent characteristics and variables descriptive.  SEM AMOS is used to examine verificative hypotheses.
